Olinsky Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of two new hearing representatives to its team. Lisa Smith and Jessica Watson will bring their experience and dedication to assist clients in navigating the complex Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) process. Olinsky Law Group is excited to grow and strengthen its team, continuing to offer the highest standard of representation to each of its clients.

Lisa Smith joins the firm as an Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA) and has been licensed since 2011. With over 20 years of experience working with disability claims, Lisa brings valuable knowledge to the firm. She also earned a Master’s of Business Degree from William Howard Taft University.

Jessica Watson is also welcomed to the firm as an EDPNA. Prior to becoming officially licensed in 2016, she spent many years attaining experience in this area of work. Jessica is a member of NADR and NOSSCR, in addition to being recognized for two deserving achievements involving her dedication to children in the foster care system (2014) and services to the underprivileged youth (2016).

Expanding over time, the vital role of EDPNAs is essential to firms handling SSDI cases, including Olinsky Law Group, and enables them to operate more efficiently. Their experience benefits overall firm performance, resulting in the ability to navigate more caseloads. EDPNAs also attain specialized expertise in understanding the procedures of the SSDI process, allowing them to effectively handle representation. Further benefiting their clients, EDPNAs recognize the challenges faced when navigating the system, and utilize productive client-focused communication to guide their clients throughout the process.
