When asked what she loves about working at Olinsky Law Group, Chief HR & Operations Officer, Samantha Dygert says, “I enjoy that we make a difference for not only our clients, but our staff, it is rewarding to work with a team of people who are so passionate about helping people!” She additionally adds, “I also enjoy working with a team that is living in the real world, where there are real life struggles, and supporting each other through not only the long workdays, but life. Establishing a strong team culture within the firm is one of the many objectives Olinsky Law Group strongly values. Dygert says, “The Partners and I truly care about the team here.
