Olinsky Law Group is thrilled to announce the firm has welcomed three attorneys to its team this month! The firm is pleased to introduce James Young and Kristina Jackson Morales, and welcome back Lori Tilley-Beeler, who have all joined the team’s Federal Court Department. The team is excited to celebrate more growth through the addition of two new attorneys, and the return of an experienced former team member!

Lori Tilley-Beeler rejoins Olinsky Law Group with extensive experience that will further enhance the team. During her academic career, Lori attended Liberty University, earning her Ed.S. and obtained her J.D. from the University of South Carolina. She also holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. Since beginning her career in the legal profession, Lori has attained significant experience in Social Security disability law, which will contribute to her providing valuable industry knowledge during her return to Olinsky Law Group.

Also joining the team’s Federal Court Department this August, Olinsky Law Group is excited to welcome James Young. James attended Louisiana State University A&M where he studied political science, sociology and philosophy/religious studies. Thereafter, he received his J.D. from the William & Mary Law School, and while pursuing his J.D., obtained experience through various externship opportunities. Following the completion of his J.D., James spent considerable time as an Administrative Law Judge for the Louisiana Workforce Commission/Department of Labor, and most recently, gained experience as a Reference Attorney with Thomson Reuters. The firm looks forward to James’s arrival and the added depth and experience he will bring to the team.

The team’s August additions are rounded out by Kristina Jackson Morales, who joins the firm amid its continued growth. Kristina earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the Columbia College of Missouri, and later attended the College of Law at Northern Illinois University where she received her J.D. Since then, Kristina has been developing her legal career, having spent time as a Staff Attorney with the Office of Illinois State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor and most recently, Prairie State Legal Services. She also holds an adjunct position with the Legal Studies Department at McHenry County College. Olinsky Law Group is excited to welcome Kristina as she continues to expand her work and advocacy, while also building on her previous experience.

Olinsky Law Group is pleased to add its newest team members, who will help the team advance its efforts when collaborating with referral partners and assisting claimants who are navigating complex appeals. Growing even more throughout 2026, the team looks forward to maintaining its strong presence and remaining a national leader in Federal Court appeals.
