Biography
Francesca J. MacDowell has been writing briefs for Social Security claimant appeals in the United States District and Circuit courts for more than 25 years. She has written more than 1,200 briefs, and has presented workshops on various disability topics, including practice and procedure in the federal courts, ethics, and representation of children in disability claims. Since 2015 she has been the owner of MacDowell Law, P.C.
