David Goetz, Esq.

Biography:

David is a graduate of Syracuse University, magna cum laude, class of 1988. He earned his law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 1993, and was an editor for the Temple Law Review from 1991-1993. He went on to earn his Masters of Laws (LLM) with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

He represents clients at hundreds of hearings every year before the Social Security Administration’s Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review. David is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts (Southern, Northern, and the Middle District of Florida and in Puerto Rico, as well as, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals).

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, David is also an active member of the professional community and is involved in several state and national associations; including the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.).
