Biography
Jamie R. Hall, Esquire, is the owner and founder of the Law Office of Jamie R. Hall. For more than a decade, Attorney Jamie R. Hall and his staff have assisted the disabled in obtaining the benefits they deserve. Based in greater Philadelphia, The Law Office of Jamie R. Hall provides nationwide assistance to claimants in ERISA Long-Term Disability and Social Security Disability claims. Jamie has strived to inform the community about the claims process, serving as legal advisor to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society on various projects, providing patient and provider seminars in conjunction with various medical facilities, as well as participating in several nonprofit podcasts. Jamie’s experience includes representing Social Security Disability claimants before administrative law judges and the Appeals Council, including claims in 24 states. He has also represented Long-Term Disability claimants from several states in administrative appeals and before the federal courts, including individuals from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Delaware and Virginia.
