For years, the Olinsky Law Group team has aligned with disability advocacy professional organizations, proudly supporting their missions that emphasize why we do what we do. This spring season, the team once again sponsored the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) National Conference and exhibited at the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) Spring National Conference.

As we recap our time at both events, the firm shares highlights and answers an important question we often receive.

Firm Highlights:

NADR

• Returning as a sponsor, OLG was fortunate to serve as a gold sponsor at NADR’s National Conference this year.
• Our very own, Michael Eason, EDPNA, was elected to the Board of NADR last year, and we were able to continue observing the great impact he is creating in the NADR community.
• 10 team members came together for the event, all providing insights from different levels of disability representation. From partners, to hearing representatives and more, OLG certainly had a large team presence this year.
• For both events: we launched our tote-ally awesome OLG branded tote bags, in addition to contributing our Syracuse, New York local favorites gift basket to each conference raffle– these were big hits!

NOSSCR

• The team returned as an exhibitor for this year’s spring conference which was hosted in the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) headquarters home city of Baltimore.
• Continuing its strong presence, 16 team members attended NOSSCR, including several attorneys from our growing Federal Court Department.
• OLG announced a new partnership with Assure Disability that focuses on a streamlined referral program – be on the lookout, we will be sharing more information about this soon!
• Partner, Melissa Palmer co-presented during the session titled, “FDC from A to Z: Federal Court Social Security Appeals.”
• Partner, Kristi Reppel was given the opportunity to attend NOSSCR’s field trip to SSA’s Headquarters on the final day.

As another eventful spring conference season ends, the team had a wonderful time at each and looks forward to future events!
