Olinsky Law Group is thrilled to welcome back an experienced attorney to its team! In the beginning of February, Mary Kate McGarigal rejoined the firm as a Federal Court Attorney, adding to its continued growth. Ultimately strengthening the firm’s commitment to representing those in need, Olinsky Law Group is looking forward to her return.

Mary attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned a degree in English Writing, and afterward, received her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law. Since starting her career, Mary has developed significant experience across a variety of practice areas, including her previous work with Olinsky Law Group.

Olinsky Law Group is pleased to reunite with Mary, who will provide valuable insights into this role. The firm is excited to gain momentum into 2026, as her return will strongly contribute to the team’s growth and further its dedication to both clients and referral partners.
