The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Super Lawyers only recognizes 5% of the lawyers in each state, establishing this as an esteemed and selective honor to receive.

This is Howard’s fourth consecutive year being recognized as a Super Lawyer, reflecting his expertise, dedication, and contributions to the industry.

Earlier this year, Howard reached a 40-year milestone of practicing law, cementing his lasting impact on Social Security Disability (SSD) law. While overseeing the firm’s continued success, Howard remains deeply committed to advocating for those navigating the Social Security system. Under his leadership, Olinsky Law Group has become a national leader in SSD law, having now helped thousands of individuals claim their benefits at all levels of the determination process, while also collaborating with more than 300 referral partners to handle their appeals.
