Olinsky Law Group Celebrates IWD & Recognizes Women in Leadership

Olinsky Law Group celebrates International Women’s Day.

On this International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate and acknowledge all the women that play an integral part at Olinsky Law Group. From Intake Specialists to Paralegals and Attorneys, we are extremely grateful to have such talented and driven women as part of our team.

In addition to recognizing all the dedicated women at our firm, we also use today to shine light on the exceptional women leaders of Olinsky Law Group, who inspire us daily with their vision, expertise and support.

We are proud to share over 65% of our collective leadership team, including partners and department supervisors is comprised of women. When asked about what this statistic means to her, Chief HR & Operations Officer, Samantha Dygert says, “When I look at the leadership in our firm and see that we are majority women, I am so proud.”

The 2025 theme for International Women’s Day is Accelerate Action. Our team is promoting this initiative by supporting and encouraging women in leadership. Dygert says, “Having women in leadership roles is inspiring to me, and studies have shown that companies with more female employees have more job satisfaction, more organizational dedication, and decreased burnout.” Partner, Melissa Palmer also adds that, “As women, we’ve had to fight so hard and continue to fight for everybody, I believe women in leadership are given the opportunity to advocate for others and continue that fight. Although having multiple perspectives is important, women offer a different perspective and as a result, having them in leadership positions is extremely beneficial.”

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment, an environment that has molded our team’s strong identity and adds to our success. Our women leaders play a large role in maintaining this strong environment, to ensure everyone at Olinsky Law Group experiences enjoyment and fulfillment when on our team. “Women generally have high emotional intelligence which is pivotal in advocating for policies that ensure workplace equality and fairness. They are excellent in improving collaboration, communication, job satisfaction and prioritizing flexibility and it shows in our firm,” Dygert adds.

Today, and every day, we are reminded that the culture and leadership demonstrated by our women leaders continues to have a powerful impact on our team. Their ability to lead with integrity and provide valuable perspectives is undoubtedly paramount to the success of the firm. Dygert says, “It is an honor to work with a team who values knowledge, dedication, and perspective.
