Olinsky Law Group Continues Its Growth, New Federal Court Attorneys Join Firm
Olinsky Law Group is delighted to share that its team has grown during the second quarter with the addition of three new Federal Court Attorneys! Building on existing growth of its large and highly experienced team of attorneys, the firm has welcomed Susan Salas, Melanie Ferrier and Danielle Appignani. Extending a sincere welcome to its newest additions, Olinsky Law Group looks forward to leveraging the firm’s Federal Court practice with their integration into the team.
Drawing on years of experience in representation, Olinsky Law Group is thrilled to welcome Susan Salas to the team. Susan earned her Bachelor of Art degree from Siena Heights University, and over time, she went on to pursue her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In the years that followed, she additionally received her LL.M from the Concord Law School at Purdue University. Before going into solo practice, she attained Circuit Court experience, having spent time with the Wayne County Third Circuit. Susan advanced to opening a solo practice, developing extensive experience ranging from a variety of practice areas, bringing a well-rounded background into this position.
Continuing to strengthen Olinsky Law Group’s Federal Court practice, the firm is pleased to welcome Melanie Ferrier, who has significant experience in disability law. Melanie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Arizona, and shortly after received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Her previous experience includes time as a medical social worker and extends across disability law. Melanie held roles with the Social Security Administration (SSA) as an Attorney Advisor, and Regional Attorney Advisor, before most recently advocating as a Social Security disability attorney. Bringing years of experience in this practice area, the firm looks forward to adding another strong advocate to its team.
Danielle Appignani, the firm’s final new member welcomed during the second quarter, joins a growing Olinsky Law Group team, additionally bringing strong expertise into this role. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Art degree in environmental policy from the University of Miami, and thereafter, received her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. Early in her career, Danielle spent time with the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, before developing her practice through work with multiple United States District Courts. Her background includes roles with the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and prior to joining Olinsky Law Group, dedicated significant time with the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Accumulating extensive industry experience throughout her career, Danielle offers a strong background and will contribute to expanding the team’s knowledge.
Olinsky Law Group’s newest members will further strengthen the firm’s combined expertise and dedication to advocating for those in need, alongside its well-established team of attorneys. With momentum continuing to carry into the year, Olinsky Law Group is looking forward to expanding its team, but most importantly, to serving more referral partners and assisting more claimants navigating Federal Court Appeals.
