Olinsky Law Group is excited to announce that the firm’s Federal Court Department is continuing to expand! During the beginning of December, the firm welcomed two new team members, Burke Bindbeutel and Darius Taylor, both attorneys whose arrival will strengthen the team and advance its capabilities.

After attending Colorado College, Burke Bindbeutel later earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri, and since, has built significant expertise in Social Security Disability Law, representing clients navigating the Social Security system. In addition to his years of experience as an attorney in this practice area, Burke is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

Darius Taylor also joins Olinsky Law Group as a Federal Court attorney. Prior to earning his J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law, Darius attended the University of Southern Mississippi, and thereafter, obtained his Master of Education from the University of New Orleans. Darius brings extensive experience from his previous roles, and is additionally a member of various professional associations, including the Mississippi Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and NOSSCR.

Olinsky Law Group’s Federal Court team is exclusively made up of experienced, in-house attorneys. Referral partners benefit from the team’s combined knowledge and know that the attorneys working for their clients are those of which are fully integrated into Olinsky Law Group’s culture and reputation. Introducing more skilled attorneys into the firm’s system ultimately benefits its referral partners, but also enhances Olinsky Law Group’s dedicated team, making the firm even stronger and more equipped to navigate the Federal Court system.
