Olinsky Law Group is pleased to welcome another addition to its team! Joining the firm as an attorney in the Federal Court Department, Erin McCluan brings valuable experience to the team, adding another strong advocate for those appealing and navigating the Social Security system.

Erin began her professional career in nursing, receiving her Diploma of Nursing from UPMC Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 2014, and in 2017, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Ohio University. In 2022, she earned her J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University.

Combining her passion for nursing and law, Erin attains specialized expertise in understanding the healthcare system and is dedicated to advocating for those in need. Erin is also a member of the National Institute of Rural and Minority Health, in addition to The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.

While adding another attorney to the Federal Court Department, Olinsky Law Group is looking forward to strengthening its team and assisting more clients appealing their cases.
